Overview

In this course, participants will work together in teams of five to learn more about the psychological processes of negotiations in the scope of Commons. The implementation of psychological concepts in a social learning platform enhances learning experiences and opportunities for academic exchange within an online community, while simultaneously accelerating individual learning processes. This unique online course will now be open to the public for the first time, presenting the innovative concept of resource-oriented negotiations, developed by the Course Head, Prof. Dr. Roman Troetschel. The course aims at developing skills involved in reaching socially adequate, sustainable and beneficial agreements and follows a scientifically based approach to improve negotiation outcomes.
